An ERISA plan will be issued along with your policy. The ERISA plan provides administrative rules and guidelines for the processing of your occupational injuries.

The Employer Reimbursement Insurance Plan will reimburse for bodily injury damages that arise from a claim of workplace negligence made by a covered person, or by the covered person's spouse or children. The plan will reimburse, in excess of the self insured retention, all reasonable amounts paid to obtain a release of liability. Defense costs as well as mediation and arbitration costs are unlimited and covered outside the policy limits.
